We created Nightmare Threads to give horror fans a place to shop and explore the genre not to give them a hard time about returning items. any item qualifies for a return as long as 1) it has not been washed or worn down and 2) you start the return proccess with 14 days of recieving your item. If we recieve an item that shows signs of wear and tear we will not be able to issue yo a refund. The reasoning behind this is simple. We put returned items back up for sale at discounted rates. As soon as you click "buy" your order is starting to be fulfilled. Shipping times vary based on the items, but 5-7 business days is the best time-frame to go by. You will also be emailed a tracking number after your purchase so you will always be in the know!
Our rates are based on the size and number of items purchased. We only charge you for shipping what you buy and never any more. In some cases we take a loss to make these items more affordable for you! Some competitors use shipping as an extra way to nickel and dime you, but we avoid this at all costs. Unfortunatley because we are a smaller entity, we can't offer free shipping like much larger companies. We try to keep our prices low on our items so that our added shipping costs don't hit you wear it hurts! We also provide horror content for free to help add value to all of our customers!
We have licenses for our products that extend within the U.S. If we shipped to another country where our licensing agreements don't exist, we could be sued and being sued sucks!
