Freaks is about a young girl who lives with her single father and the girl is never allowed to go outside (Basically all teenagers). FREAKS stars the acting genius of Emile Hirsch - a relatively new actor. At its heart, Freaks is a family movie: the young girl has some powers and Emile tries to protect the kid by never letting her outside or having any sort of contact with the outside world. It is a surprisingly good movie and since we are never going to get to see “The New Mutants”, Freaks will have to do.
