Isabelle is you run of the mill horror story. The movie is based on an innovative new premise that somebody is possessed by a demon. The movie ticks all the horror cliches: the newly pregnant couple moving into a new neighborhood, a creepy old lady, jump scares, a husband who is away a lot and lastly the demonic lady demon. Clearly inspired by Annabelle while being not as half as good: a sequel to this masterpiece will soon follow named Isabelle part two or Isabelle Comes Home (Let’s face it: it is just where we are as a society).
