What if Superbad and the horror genre had a super fucked up baby? That’s basically what Pledge is. It seems light-hearted at moments while keeping some of the main aspects of torture horror intact. It’s a weird mashup of genres that could weirdly work really well if executed correctly. Definitely worth checking out.
