The Golem reminds us of The Witch. Well, it reminds of The Witch if something had actually happened in that movie. This Golem combines some of the scariest things in our opinion: a superstitious historical setting, plague masks, and evil children. If they ever decided to make a movie about a kid in a plague mask who lives in Salem we may never come out from under the covers again.
